The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 3,72,62,639/- (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 5,58,93,959/- (60%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 7,45,25,278/- (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have completed these similar works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The experience required is in similar works, which include construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional / Non- Industrial building Project(s) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Fire-fighting, Lifts etc. Additionally, for certain specialized works like waterproofing, aluminium/glass works, and structural glazing works, the bidder should have executed a minimum of three works of value not less than 40% of the corresponding value each, or two works of value not less than 60% each, or one work of value not less than 80% of the corresponding amount in the last five years. The corresponding values for these specialized works are: - Waterproofing works: Rs. 2.00 Cr - Aluminium/glass works: Rs. 2.00 Cr - Structural glazing works: Rs. 1.00 Cr The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at simple rate of 7% per annum.
