The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.2,76,93,347.00 (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.4,15,40,021.00 (60%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.5,53,86,694.00 (80%) of the estimated cost of the project The bidder should have had experience in works of a similar nature and size for any one year of the last five years. The total monetary value of construction work performed during each of the last five years should be provided. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a total value of at least Rs.3,46,16,684.00 (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending 31st March, 2024. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs.3,46,16,684.00 on construction works during the last three consecutive years, which is 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should provide information on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor in the last five years. The bidder should also provide information on existing commitments and ongoing works, including the value of contracts, stipulated period of completion, and value of works remaining to be completed. The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids.
