The bidder should have prior work experience of a single work of similar nature with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years, or two works of similar nature each with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years, or one single running work of similar nature that has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and has a value of not less than the desired value. Alternatively, the bidder is required to have prior work experience of similar type of works completed or ongoing during the last 7 years. In case of running works, a certificate of satisfactory running work from the concerned Executive Engineer or equivalent competent authority is required, stating that the work is in progress satisfactorily and no penal action has been initiated against the executing agency.
