The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Minimum 7 years' experience as a registered organization * Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation of community-led programs in West Bengal * Successfully carried out at least three consultancy contracts relating to drinking water supply projects during the last consecutive 5 years, with each contractual period lasting for a minimum span of 12 months continuously and having minimum consultancy charges of INR 1 crore for each contract. The evaluation of past experience will be based on the following criteria: * Experience in implementation of community-led programs in West Bengal: 20 marks for 5 years of experience, with additional 2 marks for each additional year of experience up to 10 years (maximum 30 marks) * Experience in WASH sectors or rural water supply sector: 10 marks for 5 years of experience, with additional 2 marks for each additional year of experience up to 10 years (maximum 20 marks) * Work experience in working with Govt. Departments: 10 marks for 3 Years’ Experience, with additional 1 mark for each year of experience up to 13 years (maximum 20 marks) * Work Experience as ISAs in West Bengal: 20 Marks for experience in handling projects as ISA in West Bengal for at least two years, with additional 5 marks for each additional project (up to 2 projects, maximum 30 marks) The bidder should have: - Average turnover of at least Rs. 120 Lakh in the last Five Financial Years (40 marks) - Completed a project/work of minimum work value INR 200 lakhs funded in the last 5 years from central or state government/department in the field of drinking water and sanitation, water quality, water resources management, capacity building, and awareness generation on WASH and public health engineering (30 marks) No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have completed at least three consultancy contracts with a minimum value of INR 1 crore each.
