The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas is as follows: The Bidder should have Average Annual Turnover during last 3 (three) years of not less than 90% of the estimated amount. Formula: Average Annual Turnover ≥ 0.9 * Estimated Amount Additionally, intending tenderers should meet one of the following conditions:
a) Produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount in this tender during last (five) years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice;
b) Produce credentials of 2(two) similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount in this tender during last 5(five) years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice;
c) Produce credentials of one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (a) above. Note: The average annual turnover shall be based on Tax Audited Report in 3CD Form of immediate proceeding last 3 (three) financial years.

The bidder should have credentials in similar nature of work with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount in this tender during the last 5 years. Alternatively, the bidder should have credentials of 2 similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount in this tender during the last 5 years. Another alternative is that the bidder should have credentials of one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and the value of which is not less than the desired value at 40% of the estimated amount.
