The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last seven years. The experience criteria are as follows: - Three similar completed or substantially completed works each of value not less than 40% of the advertised cost of the work. - Two similar completed or substantially completed works each of value not less than 50% of the average of the limit of the group. - One similar completed or substantially completed work of value not less than 80% of the advertised cost of the work. Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of 80% or more of the works completed under the contract. The lead partner should have a financial capability to meet the cash flow requirement of the subject contract, which is not less than 51% of the respective limits prescribed, while the second partner should have a lower limit of 26%. The overall sum of all partners should aggregate to 100% of the prescribed experience/turnover clause. In terms of specific values and percentages, the following are mentioned: - 40% of the advertised cost of the work for three similar completed or substantially completed works. - 50% of the average of the limit of the group for two similar completed or substantially completed works. - 80% of the advertised cost of the work for one similar completed or substantially completed work. - 80% or more of the works completed under the contract for substantial completion. - 51% of the respective limits prescribed for the lead partner's financial capability. - 26% of the respective limits prescribed for the second partner's financial capability. - 100% of the prescribed experience/turnover clause for the overall sum of all partners. The experience certificate shall have been issued by an officer of the rank not below an Executive Engineer of any Government Department/ Semi Government / PSU’s. The bidder should also submit a year-wise list of works completed during the last five years, with performance certificates issued by an authority not less than an Executive Engineer.
