The Provincial Health Services Authority (phsa) Has Issued This Request For Proposals (“rfp”) For The Purpose Of Inviting Proposals From Qualified Consultants To Undertake The Services With Respect To Vault 9 Renovation And New Linac Installation, Including The Associated Control Area And Adjacent Vault. The Successful Proponent Will Act In The Capacity Of A Managing Consultant (architect) For The Project, Including Engaging The Services Of All Sub-consultants As Required To Provide Complete Consulting Services For The Project, Except That The Authority Will Engage A Professional Quantity Surveyor Consultant.   Services To Be Provided By The Managing Consultant And Sub-consultants Will Include Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural And Code.   Only Architectural Firms That Have Been Prequalified By The Authority For Acute-care Projects > $150k Are Eligible To Respond To This Rfp.
