The Provincial Government Of Camarines Norte, Through The 20% Development Fund – Supplemental Budget No. 2 Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Eighty-eight Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-two Pesos (p2,488,632.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Covered Court, L. Alejo Entienza High School, Brgy. Tabugon, Sta. Elena, Camarines Norte. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Camarines Norte Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of 38.40 Sq.m. Stage With Slope Protection, Extension (18.00m X 5.0m), Repainting And Installation Of Gutter And Downspout For Existing Covered Court. Completion Of The Works Is Required 90 Cd. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” 4.
