The Provincial Government Of Aklan, Through Environmental And Admission Fees Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 500,000.00) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of 2 Modular Outpost With Rope Barrier, Marina Reclamation Area, Barangay Caticlan, Malay, Province Of Aklan With Aklan Bac Itb No. 933 Series 2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Aklan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required For Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
