The Provincial Government Of Aklan, Through Eedd Mooe Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (php 350,000.00) To Payments Under The Contract For The Repair Of Comfort Room Fixtures, Caticlan Jetty Port, Barangay Caticlan, Malay, Province Of Aklan With Aklan Bac Itb No. 991 Series 2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Aklan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required For Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
