Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Goods For Indigents, Provincewide (early Procurement Activity C.y. 2025) 1. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac, Through General Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-seven Million Five Hundred Fifty-three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-nine Pesos And 68/100 Only (php 27,553,599.68) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Goods For Indigents, Provincewide/ B-g-2025-001-n. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Of Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Provincial Government Of Tarlac And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During 8:00am To 5:00pm, Mondays To Fridays. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On 22 November 2024 From The Given Address Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Twenty-five Thousand Pesos Only (php 25,000.00).
