Yap Sports And Recreational Complex 1,296,000.00 General Fund 3 Security Services For The Food Hall, Tarlac Provincial Hospital 972,000.00 General Fund 4 Security Services For The Capitol Center Building 810,000.00 General Fund 5 Security Services For The Diwa Ng Tarlac 648,000.00 General Fund 6 Security Services For The Nati/tpitp At Brgy. Tibag, Tarlac City 324,000.00 General Fund 7 Security Services For Provincial Capitol Annex Building Sangguniang Panlalawigan 972,000.00 General Fund Total: 18,792,000.00 2. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Six (6) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Provincial Government Of Tarlac And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During 8:00am To 5:00pm, Mondays To Fridays. Any Concerns Regarding The Procurement Project May Be Raised During The Prebid Conference (refer To Number 6). 5.
