The Provincial Government Of Tarlac, Through The 20% Development Fund 2024 Rehab. / Major Repair Of Provincial Road –annex “b” Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Seven Hundred Ninety-seven Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-four Pesos And 61/100 (php 5,797,464.61) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Rehabilitation Of Provincial Road At Gawad Kalinga, Brgy. Tibagan, Tarlac City, Tarlac / B-cw-2024-011. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Eighty-five (85) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
