The Provincial Government Of Tarlac, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Tabulated Herein Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Security Services For Concepcion District Hospital And 4th Floor New Opd Building Of Tarlac Provincial Hospital For The Period January 1, 2025 To June 30, 2025/ B-g-2025-003-n For Each Lot Hereunder Stated: Lot No. Particular Approved Budget For The Contract Source Of Fund 1 Security Services For The Concepcion District Hospital 1,296,000.00 Trust Fund 2 Security Services For The 4th Floor New Opd Building, Tarlac Provincial Hospital 648,000.00 Trust Fund Total 1,944,000.00 2. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Six (6) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
