The Barangay Hilaan, Bontoc, Southern Leyte, Through The Supplemental Budget No. 1 – Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Five Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety &11/100 Pesos Only (php 205,990.11) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of 4 Units Of Waiting Shed For Barangay Hilaan, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Hilaan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Forty Six (46) Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
