Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Southern Leyte Now Invites Bids For The The Repair/rehabilitation Of Barangay Multi-purpose Building. Completion Of The Works Is Required To Be Completed Within 120 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Within Two Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Similar To The Project.
