The Provincial Government Of Southern Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Improvement/rehabilitation Of Irrigation Facilities. Completion Of The Works Is Required To Be Completed Within 120 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Within Two Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Similar To The Project.
