The Province Of Samar, Through 2025 Annual Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (p916,750.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Early Procurement Activity (epa) For Cluster 25-01 Supply Of Drugs And Medicines (regulated). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Province Of Samar Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project Under Early Procurement Activity (epa). Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be Made By The Supplier In Accordance With The Terms Specified In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements) Of Philippine Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
