The Municipality Of Looc, Through The Ldf Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Pesos Only (php 2,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Pb 10-01-2024 Bids Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Looc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Ninety (90) Calendar Days Upon The Acceptance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within The Last Three (3) Years And Should Have Key Personnel And Equipment For The Prosecution Of The Project.
