The Municipality Of San Jose, Using A Single Year Framework Agreement Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Forty Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (php 246,250.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Provision Of Various Grocery Items For The Karamay Program Through Framework Agreement / Sjom-goods-0106-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of San Jose Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi – Schedule Of Requirement After Issuance Of A Call-off Or Any Date Determined By The Procuring Entity (pe).
