The Occidental Mindoro State College (omsc), Through The Special Fund Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Thousand One Hundred Eight Pesos And 76/100 Only. (php1,007,108.76) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of 300 Copies Of Literary Folio And 18,536 Copies Of Magazine Of The Student Publication For Academic Year 2023-2024 With Project Reference No. B-8661-24-55. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Occidental Mindoro State College (omsc) Now Invites Bids For The Above Project. Delivery Period Is Seventy - Five (75) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Must Have An Experience Of Having Completed, Within The Period Of Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Must Have Completed A Single Contract That Is Similar To This Project, Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
