Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Calintaan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement With The Following Basic Specifications. Expiration Date Of These Vaccines Must Be Atleast Three (3) Months From The Date Of Delivery. Non-compliance Of This Condition Shall Be Considered Failure Of This Procurement. Compliance With The Given Specifications And Condition Have To Be Strictly Followed And Checked Upon Delivery. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Fifteen (15) Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
