Description Procurement Of Electronic Journals And Cloud-based Platform Across Campuses 1. The Occidental Mindoro State College (omsc), Through Fy 2024 General Fund And Special Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Amount Of Two Million Four Hundred Fifty-four Thousand One Hundred Ninety-nine Pesos (php2,454,199.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Electronic Journals And Cloud-based Platform Across Campuses With Project Reference No. B-8661-24-46. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Occidental Mindoro State College (omsc) Now Invites Bids For The Above Project. Delivery Period Is Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Must Have An Experience Of Having Completed Similar Contract, Within The Period Of Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, At Least Two (2) Similar Contracts, The Aggregate Amount Of Which Should Be Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc.
