(2) Price Quotation /must Be Valid For The Period Of Thirty (30) Calendar Days From The Start Of Submission. (3) Award Of Contract Shall Be Made To The Lowest Quotation Per Item (for Goods & Services) Or, The Highest Rated & Qualified Supplier(for Consulting Services) Which Complies With The Minimum Technical Specifications And Other Terms And Condition Stated Herein.
