The Pgne Now Invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (philgeps) Registered Suppliers To Quote For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. 3.
