Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Nueva Ecija City Of Palayan Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Well-milled Rice (framework Agreement) 1. The Provincial Government Of Nueva Ecija (pgne), Using A Single-year Framework Agreement, Through The General Fund 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Forty-nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (p 849,999,800.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Item. Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. The Pgne Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Well-milled Rice (framework Agreement). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days Or As Prescribed Upon Receipt Of A Call-off. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
