The Provincial Government Of Northern Samar, Through The Supplemental Memorandum Of Agreement Dated February 29, 2024 With The Department Of Health Under The Project Titled “health Learning Institution Playbook For The Implementation Of Healthy Learning Institutions To The Province Of Northern Samar” Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million One Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (php4,198,400.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Ns-06-05-24-01: Ict Equipment And Devices.
