Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By The End-user Within 30 Working Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. The Contractor Must Haul, Transport, Treat, And Dispose The Infectious And Hazardous Waste To An Emb Accredited Treatment, Storage, Disposal Facility. 2. The Contractor Shall Assist And Facilitate The Application For Permit To Transport The Infectious And Hazardous Waste. All Applications Of The Emb License And Permit To Transport And Other Shall Be Under The Name Of The Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital. 3. The Contractor Shall Install/provide Sufficient And Appropriate Equipment (containers, Drums Or Storage Vessels With Cover) For Storing And Collection Of Infectious And Hazardous Wastes. 4. The Contractor Shall Complete The Above-mentioned Job Service Within 30 Working Days From The Notice To Proceed. 5.
