Description Invitation To Bid Supply And Delivery Of 50,000 Liters Diesel Fuel Under Purchase Request No. 1014-24 1. The Provincial Government Of Misamis Oriental, Through The Peo-gasoline, Oil & Lubricants Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php3,750,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of The Following: 1. Diesel Fuel 50,000 Liters Note: Payment Will Be Base On The Pump Price At The Time Of Actual Dispensing. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening 2. The Provincial Government Of Misamis Oriental Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 60 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
