The Provincial Government Of Eastern Samar, Now Invites Bids For Consultancy Services For The Procurement Of Technical Consultant For The Conduct Of Survey Works With Term Of Reference; A. Total Consideration For The Item In The Program Of Works: 1. Direct Cost Php268,017.90 2. Overhead, Contingency & Miscellaneous Cost 31,836.50 3. Profit 21,224.34 4. Vat 16,053.94 Total Php337,132.68 B. Tasks: 1. Conduct (land Or Parcellary) Survey Works, Establish Boundaries And Monuments And Make Related Office Computations And Drafting; 2. Research Ownership Of The Properties Affected By The Project; 3. Prepare The Technical Description Of The Properties To Be Converted To Road Diversion; 4. Facilitate The Consolidation Of Documents Including Tcts, Tax Declaration, Etc. And Their Approval With Government Agencies; 5. Submit For Approval Of The Above Documents With The Land Management Bureau Or Lmb Of The Department Of Invironment & Natural Resources Or Denr, The Land Registration Authority Or Lra Or The Concerned Register Of Deeds Or The Assessor’s Office Of The City Of Borongan; And, 6. Do Other Necessary Or Ancillary Tasks As May Be Needed For The Accomplishment Of The Objective Under The Memorandum Of Agreement Between The Department Of Transportation Or Dotr And The Province Of Eastern Samar. Completion Of Works Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days From The Date Indicated In The Notice To Proceed. The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Quotations Shall Use Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria. Post Qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Shall Be Calculated.
