The Provincial Government Of Bukidnon, Through Its General Fund Cy-2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (₱ 716,900.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Drugs And Medicines For 48ib, Pho, Pdrc And Pvet: Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Bukidnon Now Invites For The Above Procurement Projects. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Upon The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Projects. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through An Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Provincial Government Of Bukidnon And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During 8:00 A.m To 5:00 P.m. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Document May Be Acquired By The Interested Bidders On July 17 To July 30, 2024 From The Address Below And Upon Payment Of A Nonrefundable Fee For The Bidding Documents In The Amount Of ₱ 1,000.00, Not Later Than The Submission Of Bids.
