Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Ofbohol Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Construction And Hardware Supplies And Materials For The 1st Quarter Of C.y2024 The Provincial Government Of Bohol, Through The Bids And Awards Committee For Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand One Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos Only (₱ 867,199.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Construction And Hardware Supplies And Materials For The 1st Quarter Of C.y 2024 With Procurement Reference No. 2024-000770 Rebidding Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Provincial Government Of Bohol Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 30 Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Procurement Project With An Amount Of At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract. The Description On An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section 11 (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
