Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Batangas Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For Purchase Of Food To Be Served During Public Service Continuity Plan Formulation Workshop 1. The Provincial Government Of Batangas, Through The General Fund Of Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Three Thousand Pesos (p 203,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In The Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Batangas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required On October 14-18, 2024. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
