Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Batangas Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For Purchase Of Office Supplies (rubber Band 350g, Ruler Plastic 12”, Etc.) For Use In The Office Of The Provincial Governor 1. The Provincial Government Of Batangas, Through The General Fund Of Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen Pesos (p 349,314.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In The Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Batangas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
