Notice of Request for Quotation No. 024/dpx/minader/padfa Ii/cspm/rpm/2024 of November 14, 2024 for the Supply of Agricultural Inputs (fertilizers) to the Headquarters of the Scoop-ca Tpa Cooperative in Yagoua, Mayo Danay Department, Far North Region. Context The Government of Cameroon has obtained financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (ifad), which it plans to use in part to cover the implementation of these Acquisitions. The use of IFAD funds is subject to the approval of the latter, according to the terms and conditions provided for in the financing agreement and in accordance with IFAD's rules, policies and procedures. Fida and its Representatives, Agents and Officials are Released from all Liability for Legal Actions, Proceedings, Claims, Demands, Losses and Obligations of any kind and nature that any Party may invoke in the context of the Agricultural Sector Development Support Project – Phase II (padfa II). The Agricultural Sector Development Support Project – Phase II (padfa II) intends to use part of this Credit to make Eligible Payments under the Contract for “The Supply of Agricultural Inputs (Fertilizers) to the Headquarters of the Scoop-ca Tpa Cooperative in Yagoua, Mayo Danay Department, Far North Region”.

National Open Call for Tenders No. 016/aono/minader/padfa Ii/cspm/rpm/2024 of November 14, 2024 Relating to the Construction of Two (02) New Rice Storage Buildings with Latrine Blocks of Two (02) Cabins in the Far North Region, on behalf of Padfa Ii, in Two (02) Lots. Context: The Government of Cameroon has obtained financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (ifad), which it plans to use in part to cover the execution of these works. The use of IFAD funds is subject to the approval of the latter, according to the terms and conditions provided for in the financing agreement and in accordance with IFAD's rules, policies and procedures. Fida and its representatives, agents and officials are released from any liability concerning legal actions, procedures, claims, demands, losses and obligations of any kind and nature that any party may invoke in the context of the Agricultural Sector Development Support Project – Phase II (padfa II). Padfa II intends to use part of this credit to make eligible payments under the contract “relating to the construction of two (02) new rice storage buildings with latrine blocks of two (02) cabins in the Far North Region, on behalf of Padfa II, in two (02) lots”.
