The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successful experience in completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar nature of building (RCC) works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last 5 years in a single contract. The construction should be of any type of building having a frame structure of G+4 storey and above. The bidder should have experience in constructing buildings with a frame structure of G+4 storey and above. The required prior work experience includes at least one similar work with an updated completion cost of not less than a certain percentage of the amount put to tender of the proposed work, which is 40% for the bidder. For joint ventures, the qualifying threshold amount of updated completion cost is: - Lead member: 75% of the amount mentioned, i.e., 30% of the amount put to tender - Other member: 51% of the amount mentioned, i.e., 20.4% of the amount put to tender The bidder should provide information about similar works completed, including the name of the employer, location and type of building, name of the engineer responsible for supervision, contract price, and amount of actual completion of the total project. Additionally, the bidder's annual turnover should be more than Rs. 3.20 Crore, and for joint ventures, the lead partner must have an annual turnover of not less than 51% of the required amount (i.e., Rs. 1.632 Crore), and the other partner must have an annual turnover of not less than 30% of the required amount (i.e., Rs. 0.96 Crore). The bidder should also have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract. The bidder should submit Form-3A, issued by the employer, to substantiate their successful experience in similar works. The required prior work experience for different positions is also mentioned, including Project Manager, Project Engineer, Sr. Civil Engineer, Jr. Civil Engineer, Sr. MEPF Engineer, Sr. Electrical Engineer, Jr. Electrical Engineer, Sr. Mechanical Engineer, Structural Design Expert, Bio Medical Specialist, Surveyor, Safety Engineer, and Lab Technician.
