The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Experience of MOT work: The bidder must have completed at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs 3.72 Crore. 2. Experience of HVAC work: The bidder must have completed at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs 3.44 Crore. 3. Experience of Electrical work: The bidder must have completed at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs 0.16 Crore. 4. Experience of ELV work: The bidder must have completed at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs 0.15 Crore. 5. Experience of Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) work: The bidder must have completed at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs 5.26 Crore. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The lead member of the joint venture should have a minimum experience of Rs 60.70 Crores (minimum 30% of estimated cost), and another member should have a minimum experience of Rs 41.28 Crores (minimum 20.4% of estimated cost). The bidder should have completed at least one similar work having updated completion cost not less than Rs 5.26 Crore for Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) work and Rs 3.72 Crore for MOT work during the last five financial years. The bidder must have successfully completed similar work during the last five financial years, with at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 1.76 Crores, which is 40% of the cost of the amount put to tender. The bidder should have experience in works such as Institutional/Allopathy Hospital Building G+6 Story or Allopathy Hospital with a minimum of 200 beds. At least one project of similar work having completion cost not less than 2.48 cr is required. The bidder should have experience of construction of allopathic hospital of minimum 10 bedded comprising construction of RCC frame structure including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations works in last 7 financial years. The annual turnover of any one of the last five financial years from the current financial year, updated to the current financial year, shall be not less than Rs. 2.91 Crores. The bidder should have at least 5 years of experience in business as of 31st March 2022. They should have satisfactorily completed at least one project of similar work with a completion cost of not less than 2.48 crore in the last five years. For the HVAC work, the bidder should have completed at least one project of similar work with a completion cost of not less than 2.48 crore. The percentage to apply to the value of the work not completed, representing the Employer's additional cost for completing the works, is 20 percent.
