The Services Required Include Delivery Of All Responsive Repairs And Void Works To Supported And General Needs Properties In A Defined Geographical Area Of England And Scotland With A Hybrid Schedule Of Rates And Cost-plus Model For Repairs (determined By Lot) And A Schedule Of Rates Model For Voids. Lots Lot 1 – Scotland And The Northeast Lot 2 – North Lot 3 – Midlands Lot 4 – South East One Bidder Will Be Appointed For Each Lot, Providing High Quality And Value For Money.
