The Da-rfo 1 Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Procurement Project With The Following Details And Minimum Specifications, To Wit: Particulars/descriptions Hybrid Palay Seeds ̵ Above 85% Seed Germination Taken Not More Than Two (2) Months Prior To Delivery And Another Samples For Germination Be Taken At Drop-off Points ̵ For The Bufferstocking Program, At Least 90% Seed Germination Taken Not More Than Two (2) Months Prior To Delivery And Another Samples For Germination Be Taken At Drop-off Points ̵ Must Pass The Complete Test Based On Bpi-nsqcs Seed Certification Standards And Shall Submit Result Upon Delivery ̵ For Locally Produced - Varietal Purity, Physical Purity, Germination And Moisture Content ̵ For Imported - Germination ̵ Preferably Harvested Not More Than 10 Months Prior To Delivery ̵ Packed In The Packaging Design At 15kg/bag Prescribed By The National Rice Program ̵ Individual Customized Packaging In 3kg/pack Inside The Prescribed Packaging Must Be Printed Out With Da Logo Labelled With "not For Sale" And Rfo1 With Qr Code (variety, Date Harvested) Other Requirements: ̵ Shall Submit Notarized Certificate Of 100% Allocation Of Stocks For Da-rfo I During Bid Opening ̵ Must Present 50% Available Stocks Allocated For Da-rfo I Stored In Cold Storage At The Time Of Post-qualification Until Delivery ̵ Shall Submit Proof Or Any Document Evidencing That The Variety Offered Is The True-to-type Variety From The Country Of Origin Delivery Schedule: Hybridization Program Wet Season: March - April 2025 Dry Season: August - September 2025 Buffer: October 2025 Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
