Tenders are invited for price registration for eventual and future hiring of a provider of septic pit cleaning services, according to the conditions, quantities and specifications described in the edict and its annexes. Proclamation from: 01/04/2022 das 08:00 às 17:59 hs 1 - cleaning of fossa / sewage / lobe mouth cleaning of septic fossa, with at least 12m³: for service to establishments in the urban area, being collected, transportation and final destination of sanitary effluents, with due manifest of disposal of effluent, according to laws environments of water and conama resolution 357/2005, 430/2011 and national law no. 12.305 / 10 establishing the national solid waste policy.2 - cleaning of fossa / sewage / mouth of wolf quota of up to 25 % of the item 1 for me / epp / equated septic pit cleaning, with at least 12m³: for service establishments in the urban area, being collected, transportation and final destination of sanitary effluents, with due manifest of effluent disposal, according to environmental laws of water resources and conama resolution 357/2005, 430/2011 and national law no. 12.305 / 10 establishing the national solid waste policy.3 - cleaning of fossa / sewage / wolf mouth cleaning septic pit, with at least 12m³: to immment to establishments in the rural area, with a distance of up to 25km from the perimeter of the urban area, being collected, transportation and final destination of sanitary effluents, with due manifest of effluent disposal, according to environmental laws of water resources and conama 357/2005 resolution 430/2011 and national law n¨ 12.305/10 establishing the national waste policy.4 - cleaning of fossa / sewage / mouth of wolf septic pit cleaning, with at least 12m³: for service establishments in the rural area, with distances ranging from 26 to 45km from the perimeter of the urban area, being collected, transport and final destination of sanitary effluents, with due manifest of effluent disposal, according to environmental laws of water resources and conama resolution 357/2005, 430/2011 and national law n¨ 12.305/10 establishing the national solid waste policy.
