Description 1. The Power Sector Assets And Liabilities Management (psalm) Corporation, Through The 2024 Corporate Operating Budget (for The Portion Of The Contract To Be Performed In 2024) And 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (for The Portion Of The Contract To Be Performed In 2025), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-four Million Pesos (php24,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment For The Procurement Of Consultancy Services For The Privatization And Development Of Psalm’s Diliman Property. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Psalm Now Calls For The Submission Of Eligibility Documents For Consultancy Services For The Privatization And Development Of Psalm’s Diliman Property With Project Reference No.: 2024-pb-csdp-048-01. Eligibility Documents Of Interested Bidders Must Be Duly Received By The Psalm Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Secretariat On Or Before 2 July 2024. Applications For Eligibility Will Be Evaluated Based On A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion. 3.
