The Service Provider Shall Maintain A Full Chain Of Custody For Samples That Are Transported And Shall Confirm, Upon Receipt, Which Samples Cannot Be Analysed. The Tenderer Shall Report All Analysis Results Within The Required Quality And Regulatory Timeframes. The Tenderer Shall Provide A Monthly Report Detailing Where Sla's Have And Have Not Been Met.
