The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar type of work, such as SITC of minimum one single work of Rs: 7.36 Lacs of concealed type Internal electrical wiring & external lighting, electrical fitting, fan, switchgear, earthing, cabling, LT panel etc., in a building/Campus as per MOU criteria, with satisfactory completion in the last five years in Govt. / Semi-Government / PSU department. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed two works of concealed type Internal electrical wiring & external lighting, electrical fitting, fan, switchgear, earthing, cabling, LT panel, etc., in a building/Campus as per MOU criteria, with satisfactory completion in the last five years in Govt. / Semi-Government / PSU department. The value of similar work is Rs: 7.36 Lacs for one work or two works of Rs: 4.60 Lac each. These values represent 40% or 25% of the tender cost of electrical work, respectively, for one work of 7.36 Lac or two works of 4.60 Lac. Additionally, the bidder should have completed a minimum of one work of similar SITC job of Fire hydrant of Rs. 1.01 Lakhs or similar work in a high-rise building of more than 30 meters and a basement of more than 1000 square meters in Government/Semi-Government/PSU in the last 5 years. The bidder should also have a qualified and experienced engineer who will remain present during the execution to handing over the project, with at least 5 years of experience in design, drawing, erection, testing, and handing over the system. The engineer should also have knowledge of the latest NBC, GDCR, NEC, fire act, and local municipal corporation fire guidelines. The bidder should have experience in maintaining the fire hydrant system during the defect liability period and should be capable of getting provisional fire NOC, final fire NOC, and renewal of NOC every year.
