The required prior work experience for key personnel is as follows: - Project Manager: B.E Civil+10 Years Exp Or Diploma in Civil with 15 years experience - Site Engineer: B.E Civil / Electrical +3 Years Exp Or Diploma with 7 years experience - Plant Engineer: B.E Mech.+3 Years Exp. Or Dip. Mech.+ 7 Years Exp. The bidder should have experience in construction works of a similar nature over the last seven financial years as a prime contractor. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the advertised cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the advertised cost. The bidder should have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the value of the contract during implementation. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering constructions works executed in any one financial year during the last five years, updated to the current price level. The bidder should have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than the amount indicated, usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period.
