Proclamation from: 24/02/2021 das 09:00 às 17:59 Hs 1 - translation / simultaneous / consecutive interpretation audiodescription service description: Hiring company to provide audiodescription for 5 (five) monthly hours of pre-recorded tv programs. Application: Ensure communication accessibility to people with visual impairment. Feature (s): Clear and objective audiodescription service, Recorded by at least 1 (one) audiodescritor, In portuguese and integrated to the original sound of the video of the program routed by tv camera, All information visually observed and which are not contained in audio, Including: - gestures and facial expressions that express communication; - information on environments, Costumes, Objects and special effects; - changes of time and space; - reading texts, Credits, Titles and any other information on screen or in presentation brackets; - static elements like paintings, Sculptures, Photographs and exhibitions.
