Plymouth City Council (pcc) Are Seeking To Procure A "turnkey" Solution For The Provision Of Full Design, Manufacture And Construction Services For A New Timber Cabin At Poole Farm, Plymouth. The Proposed Scheme Comprises A New, Facility To Serve As A Classroom, Eco-therapy Venue, Training Centre, Hireable Venue Space And A Hub For Wildlife Watching. This High Profile Build At Poole Farm, Plymouth Will Be A Visible Timber Structure Aesthetically Sympathetic To The Natural Surroundings And Built With Minimal Impact To The Land. The Space Will Be Used 7 Days Per Week By A Variety Of Different Groups, Mainly Children And Young People, Including Sen Students. A Jct Design And Build Contract Is Required To Take The Project To Completion. The Project Must Be Completed And Invoiced In Full By 7th March 2025.
