By joining the Proceeding, the Bidder accepts the Following Conditions: Unit Price Includes Transport Costs Period of Validity of the Offer At least 14 Days from the End of the Proceeding. Submission of variant offers is not allowed. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving reasons. Detailed terms of the order are placed on the order form which is Annex 1 to the procedure. Contractors participating in this procedure undertake to familiarize themselves with the information on non-violation and non-circumvention of sanction regulations (Annex No. 2 to the procedure). When submitting an offer, a completed and signed annex to the submitted offer should be attached. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of offering goods whose sale could violate or circumvent sanction regulations introduced in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine. When submitting an offer, the contractor is obliged to indicate the goods that come from Russia or are exported from Russia together with the Cn code of these goods, if it plans to supply such goods when executing the order. The Ordering Party reserves that if the Contractor does not clearly demonstrate for Goods that they can be the subject of sale in accordance with Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ L 229, 31.7.2014, p. 1, as amended), the Ordering Party will refrain from purchasing and the Contractor shall not have any claims against the Ordering Party in this respect.
