The Philippine State College Of Aeronautics, Through The Corporate Budget For The Contract Approved By The Governing Boards Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Million One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (php 20,160,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Outsourcing Of Flight Training Services Of Forty-five (45) Bsat Students For Private Pilot License (ppl)/pb2024-goods-15.
