The Supplier Shall Provide Qualified Personnel/technician(s) In Installing The Hardwood Basketball Flooring And Provide Technical Training To Psc Personnel In Installing The Hardwood Basketball Flooring System. Ii. Schedule Of Services The Date Of The Commencement Of The Contract Is Upon The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Delivery Period 90 Calendar Days. Iii. Scope Of Work 1. Delivery And Installation Of Portable Hardwood Flooring And Other Materials Necessary In The Installation Of The System. 2. Application Of Anti-termite System. 3. Application Of Logo And Line Markings. Iv. Technical And Professional Services Product Quality: The Supplier Is Responsible For Providing High-quality Hardwood Flooring That Meets Industry Standards And Specifications. This Includes Ensuring That The Wood Used Is Durable, Has The Right Finish, And Complies With Relevant Regulations. Material Type Of Wood: Beechwood Size: 630 Square Meters Customization And Specifications: If The Buyer Has Specific Customization Requirements Or Unique Specifications For The Basketball Court, The Supplier Must Ensure That The Flooring Meets These Criteria. This Could Include Dimensions, Color, Finish, And Other Special Features. Features: Engineered Birch Batten, Tolerates Large Fluctuations In Relative Humidity, Fiba-certified Lining Markings And Logo: Should Comply With Industry Standards And Specifications. The Logo And Other Markings Colors Follow The Primary Flag Color Of The Philippine Flag: Red, White, Blue, And Yellow. (please See Attached Layout) Delivery And Logistics: The Supplier Is Responsible For The Timely And Safe Delivery Of The Hardwood Flooring To The Specified Location. This Involves Coordinating Transportation, Ensuring The Flooring Arrives Undamaged, And Meeting Any Delivery Deadlines Outlined In These Terms Of Reference. Installation Support: Suppliers Must Provide Installation Services Or Guide The Installation Process To Authorized Psc Employees For Their Technical Training On The Installation Of The System. This Includes Supplying Installation Instructions, Recommendations For Proper Subfloor Preparation, And Any Other Information Necessary For A Successful Installation. Warranty And After-sales Support: The Supplier Should Provide A Hardwood Flooring Warranty Outlining The Terms And Conditions. One Year After-sales Support, Addressing Any Issues That May Arise Post-installation And Providing Solutions Or Replacements As Necessary. The Supplier Shall Provide Personnel As The Point Person For Warranty And Sales Support. The Warranty Period For The System Is Five (5) Years And One (1) Year For The Workmanship. Compliance With Regulations: The Supplier Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Hardwood Flooring Complies With Relevant Regulations And Standards, Especially Those Set By Sports Organizations Or Governing Bodies Overseeing Basketball Facilities. Communication: Clear And Effective Communication Is Essential Throughout The Purchasing Process. The Supplier Should Keep The Buyer Informed About The Progress Of The Order, Any Potential Delays, And Other Relevant Information. Quality Control: Before Delivery, The Supplier Should Conduct Quality Control Checks To Ensure That The Hardwood Flooring Meets The Industry Quality Standards. This Includes Inspecting For Any Defects, Damage, Or Deviations From The Agreed-upon Specifications (lining Complies With The Governing Body Standard And Markings Comply With The Agency Requirements). Documentation: The Supplier Should Provide All Necessary Documentation Related To The Hardwood Flooring, Including Invoices, Product Specifications, Installation Instructions, And Warranty Information. Customer Satisfaction: This Involves Addressing Any Concerns Or Issues Promptly And Working Collaboratively To Resolve Any Problems That May Arise During The Purchasing, Delivery, Or Installation Processes.
