Description Invitation To Bid For Migration Of Rolling Stocks And Other Assets 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) For Cy 2024 (special Provision) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Eighty-six Million Eight Hundred Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-nine And 28/100 Pesos (₱186,816,949.28) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Migration Of Rolling Stocks And Other Assets. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For Migration Of Rolling Stocks And Other Assets. Completion Of All Works Under The Contract Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty-five (125) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
